Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Assistant/Cashier to join our team in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and providing accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Listen to customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update customer profiles.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
You will have:
- Experience in working in a customer facing role • Experience of cash handling • The ability to work as part of an effective team. • Be able to lone work when needed • Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as commitment to equal opportunities

Salary: £22,716.00-£23,668.00 per year
