You will be working across a 4 on-4 off shift pattern, 1800-0600.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Booking in drivers-
Directions to bay loading in

Creating pick lists

Deal with day to day run of the office

Answering emails and telephone calls

Liaise with customer
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Excellent communication skills – you’ll be speaking regularly with various stakeholders-
Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook

Good administrative skills

Have a positive can-do attitude

Experience working in a Transport role would be desirable

Being proactive in identifying and resolving any potential issues before they occur
