Job Description
We are currently looking for a Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our Pharmacy team and fill a full time or part-time position. We are open Monday-Friday 9pm-6pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm. Candidate must be able to work at either branch in Narborough or Cosby.
The ideal candidates will have around one to two years’ relevant experience in a customer-facing role in Pharmacy. They will have excellent communication skills as well as a proven track record in providing impeccable customer service.
Dealing with collection and delivery of prescription queries.
Dealing with telephone enquiries from; suppliers, branch pharmacy and local GP surgery.
Booking and managing appointments for additional services.
To work alongside the pharmacist to effectively sign up MUR/NMS/Travel Vaccines and other additional services.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Preferably (at least 1 years’) experience of working in pharmacy
Passion for providing excellent Customer Service
