Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Sales Assistant will be expected to work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide customers with product information and advice.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist customers in locating products in the store.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep up to date with product information and changes in pricing.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-26 per week
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
