Leasing & Membership Manager
c£35,000 + excellent bonus

EMBS Property are searching for a talented Leasing & Membership Manager for a BTR client in East London.
A leasing/lettings role yes, however, this role has 'heart' - the clients residents journey strategy is paramount to their success so this role carries responsibility for all aspects of the lettings cycle and the ongoing management of customer journey.

The Leasing & Membership Manager will be the face of the clients London BTR scheme.
You will be connecting with future residents, identifying their wants and needs, and securing lease agreements.
In addition, you will develop & manage strategies for leasing, customer journey and community engagement alongside the Property Manager.
In order to be considered you will need:
Strong understanding of property management, ideally BTR markets
Demonstrable understand of the entire leasing / lettings cycle at either Associate or Manager level
Solid understanding of London leasing
Ability to hit the ground running for this one, its a large building so previous experience essential
Background in either a BTR/Resi settings or high street lettings
Incredible customer services skills
