New Business Manager – Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a very special and talented New Business/Account Manager to join our team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the sales manager, you will have responsibility for building, managing and maintaining a pipeline of new and existing customers. This is a hands-on role focussed on winning new work with existing customers as well as being able to develop new prospects.

· Consultative selling focussed on contract electronics manufacturing

· Account Management focussed on understanding the needs of customers and matching them with Bit Box services.

· Targeting key decision makers to demonstrate the value BitBox can have on their business

· Selling on quality and reliability, not price

· Demonstrate our company values to prospects

· Log all activity and KPI’s in our company CRM – HubSpot

· An ability to learn a ‘different’ way of selling

· Be accountable for everything that you do

Our Requirements

· Proven track record of successfully selling and maintaining a customer base within the contract electronics manufacturing industry.

· Clearly and expertly represent BitBox as a company as well as our vision and values

· In-depth knowledge and understanding of electronics manufacturing

· Extensive sales experience with a proven methodology that is morally sound

· A genuine appreciation and understanding (or interest) in the psychology behind sales

· Excellent communication and prospect facing skills

· Strong commercial awareness with a focus on always doing what’s right for the business and the prospect/customer

Rewards

· Extensive sales training, both formal and informal

· A base salary of up to £50,000, dependant on experience

· 9% company pension contribution

· Personal private medical cover

· Company Bonus scheme subject to company performance

· 23 days annual holiday rising 1 day per year after 5 years’ service to a maximum of 30 days

· Ideally able to be based from our site in Basingstoke daily. However we will absolutely consider applicants from further afield and discuss how it may work on a case by case basis
