Team: Start Well Service
Hours: 37 + 18.5
Grade: C scp 4 £21,189 to scp 6 £21,968 (pro rata £10,594 to £10,984)
Contract: Permanent
Essential Requirement: Full driving licence & enhanced DBS
The Role
Working as part of a team you will provide the facilities management for the Start Well Children’s Centres across the borough, in line with the Council’s standard operating procedures.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of site security, opening and closing buildings and ensuring all facilities in and around the buildings are in excellent condition, safe, secure and clean at all times, and that all equipment is maintained, and resources are available.
Duties include:
- General repairs
- Manual handling
- General upkeep of the building
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department
- Undertake fire safety and general health and safety checks to the building.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 18.5 per week
Salary: £21,189.00-£21,968.00 per year
