PMO Analyst - Internship

 

Role: Provide the GSSC department with support in optimizing processes, tracking project progress, and aiding project leads in maintaining structured project documentation and schedules.

 

Job Description:

 

• Collaborate with GSSC team members to identify potential areas of improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Support the implementation of project delivery frameworks and standards to ensure consistent project outcomes.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on project progress.
• Collaborate with Project Leads in tracking deadlines and resources.
• Assist Project Leads in the development of project schedules and plans.
• Assist with the creation, review, and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to Project Leads as needed, including meeting coordination and communication management.
