Prison Healthcare Nursing Assistant

Job Description

You must have been in the UK for 12 months prior to applying for this post and be able to provide a 6 year address history to be able to complete the prison clearance.

• To assist the Offender Health Nursing Team in the provision of nursing care and support to

• To work as part of the Health & Justice Primary Care Nursing Team in providing specific care and monitoring to patients in the secure setting as written in the care plan.
• To work alone and unsupervised and the ability to work autonomously.
• To be responsible for the ordering of clinical supplies for the department.
• To work in accordance with Trust Policies and Procedures.
• To maintain high standards of personal hygiene adhering to Health and Safety Guidelines and Infection Control Guidelines within the Trust.
