Job Description

The Strategy Team is responsible for delivering a cross–organisational Programme, which is ambitious and responsive. The Programme will look to embrace new technology in a digital age of healthcare, enabling the Trust to deliver corporate targets and priorities by developing and delivering high quality, sustainable and extremely productive services which work with partner organisations for seamless transitions of care for patients.

The role of strategy programme coordinator will see you supporting with the planning and delivery of our trusts strategic programmes

You will be required to demonstrate autonomy in co-ordinating activities and lead the day to day co-ordination of the full strategy programme.

your role will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of the programme, demonstrating excellent communication skills and strong project management skills, working with the team in production of the strategy programme and prioritising work in line with organisational requirements.

Our Organisation

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides a full range of general acute, outpatient and diagnostic services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishop’s Stortford, and St Margaret’s Hospital in Epping.

We employ 3,500 staff and serve a local population of around 350,000 people living in west Essex and east Hertfordshire, centred on the M11 corridor and the towns of Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford and Epping. Our extended catchment area incorporates a population of up to 500,000 and includes the areas of Hoddesdon, Cheshunt and Broxbourne in Hertfordshire.

The post holder will be expected to make decisions and judgements to manage conflicting deadlines to ensure that tasks are prioritised in order to meet any deadlines, ensuring a positive patient experience.
