Twenty One Twelve Marketing helps ambitious companies compete in highly competitive sectors.

Based in Henley on Thames and London, Twenty One Twelve’s clients include financial services, construction, sports, luxury, hospitality and events firms. The majority of which are successful SMEs who rely on Twenty One Twelve to strategise and execute the most efficient ways to build their brands and generate new business.

Many of the projects Twenty One Twelve takes on are in highly technical or competitive spaces, including companies with finite or notoriously hard to reach audiences.

As a small agency, Twenty One Twelve is looking for someone willing to get stuck in and help the business grow. This role won’t suit someone who isn’t prepared to roll their sleeves up.

Above all, Twenty One Twelve is looking for a great cultural fit to be part of their small and friendly team.

Main job functions:

The main purpose of this role is to create and manage client campaigns as well as build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.

The right candidate will…

You may have some of the following experience

Copywriting (blogs, articles, newsletters, social media), social media scheduling software (Later, Hootsuite etc), Creative Design Software (Canva), Email Marketing (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor), creative marketing campaigns, paid advertising, commercial experience, sales experience, brand partnership experience, project management experience.

The team here is highly-driven, and commercially focused and together we’ve built an exciting and eclectic client base. We’ve worked with major brands through to start-ups, from ultra-prime property developers to LVMH’s portfolio of brands.

We’re also proud to have a strong clientele within the financial services sector, from mortgage and wealth management firms through to FinTechs.

We believe that each individual in the team is as important as the next in driving the company forward. Expect to be given responsibility from the outset but within a supportive and empowering environment.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously and operate a blame-free culture, mistakes are never penalised. It’s not because we’re snowflakes, it’s because some of our best results come from pushing boundaries, going against the grain and doing the unconventional.

Being a small agency, our employees go above and beyond to deliver for our clients, mucking in wherever necessary and sometimes having to do things outside of their remit.

We’ll ask you to work two or three days a week with us from a co-working space for at least the first six months of your tenure. It will be in Henley or London, whichever is closest to you.

Our team prides itself on high attention to detail and acts with positive intent.

Our clients also operate a number of exciting business and hospitality events, including The Hidden Garden at Henley Royal Regatta - which is another good excuse to let our hair down.
