Job Specification:
The Company is looking to employ Retail Sales Executives to further expand into the Ethnic Retail Market:
- Understands customer purchase requirement including product preference, range/budget for desired purchase etc.
- Explains product features, price information, related offers, and other product related information to help customers make perfect purchase decision.
- Advises customers on forthcoming product developments and discusses special promotions.
- Ensures customers get all required details of the product they intend to buy to avoid any future confusion, misunderstanding and sales return.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service to retain customers & generate high potential leads & references from them.
- Drives outlet sales by striving to offer and pitch products, best suited to customer needs and budget/ price preference.
- Making daily reports on sales figures and providing the same to the management.
- Creating and developing a long term, productive customer base within the ethnic retail market.
Person Specification:
- A can-do attitude and a hands on approach.
- Quick thinking and good interpersonal skills to build rapport.
- Dedicated to progressing in their career.
- Ability to understand, preferably to speak, Hindi/Urdu/Bengali.
- Preferably has a drivers license.
Schedule:
- The job will include tele-sales as well as road sales.
- Hours are Monday to Friday, 1000am-1800pm.
- 28 days holiday incl. bank holidays.
