We’ve an exciting opportunity for a full time HR Analyst to join our HR team. This role will mostly work remotely with occasional travel to the office in London and to our services in England. The National Office is located in Lambeth North a leafy part of Central London. This post is permanent.
Your primary focus will be to maintain service delivery and meet timescales and conflicting demands by planning and co-ordinating activities effectively. You will therefore enjoy resolving problems independently and will have the confidence to put forward your ideas for improvement and act as the iTrent systems expert. You will also manage and develop iTrent, maximising its use organisationally and supporting users.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in the following areas:- Operation, development and maintenance of HR systems - preferably iTrent. Understanding of HR & Payroll Service processes, delivering a customer focussed service, problem solving and delivering systems related improvements.
