Graphic Designer

Role

Ivy is an ambitious start-up, and we need a Graphic Designer to take our designs to the next level. Your role will be to contribute to our aspirations across marketing, brand and product. The role is ideal for someone looking to challenge the status quo, who's passionate about design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• All UX related designs, including web-based interfaces and sites.
• Implementing and modifying existing sites using WebFlow.
• Designing presentations and slides for product decks, VC slides, conferences,
• Editing all of our YouTube videos using professional video editing software
• Assisting with the style for our social media posts, profiles and paid ads
• Running creative brainstorming sessions, ideating concepts
• Helping us drive best-in-class content across all channels
• Managing multi-stakeholder relationships

Ideal Candidate

• Proven Design experience (academical or professional)
• Skilled knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere
• Familiar with design and composition tools such as Figma and Canva
• Experience using WebFlow is desired but not required
• Understanding of the different requirements for web & print
• Ability to learn very quickly on the job, proactively and swiftly self-educates when placed into unfamiliar territory.
• Able to work efficiently in a full remote environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced & complex environment, loves challenge and autonomy

Compensation

The salary will be $30k - $40k with equity between 0.25 - 0.5% depending on experience.
