At illio we are building the next generation of enterprise & personal wealth management tools. Our product development process is a highly collaborative process between design, engineering, and customer-facing teams. You will be joining an established team with experience building successful products in FinTech, where we have existing large clients and a pipeline of many more.
We are looking for a Product Manager to work with our design, engineering, and customer-facing teams. In this role you will have end-to-end ownership of our wealth management product right from deciding how the UX handles requests through to how the backend calculates various metrics.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
· Understanding the voice of the customer when defining product features
· Prioritising and communicating the roadmap & backlog to the developers and updating the business team accordingly
· Translating these requirements from business logic into items which developers can work on
· Measuring and identifying improvements in the product
· Co-ordinating product releases across the business
· Communicating the status and progress towards product increments
· Ensuring that product testing is performed to the right standard
Requirements:
You have spent at least 2 years+ in product development with a number of those specifically in product management and 2 years+ working in a finance related organisation.
You have experience with agile methodologies & tooling (e.g., Scrum & Jira)
You have experience with investment products or a strong interest in equities, funds, bonds, options, crypto, real-estate, alternatives etc.

Salary: £65,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
