This is an office based role, working from our Stoke-on-Trent office.
What we need from a new Insurance Advisor
As an Insurance Advisor working as part of our Sales team for Insurance Revolution you will be working with clients to ensure they get the best possible experience and the best cover for their risks. You will have experience helping clients with their vehicle insurances and be used to a sales environment.
We have big plans for the future of the business and are looking for Insurance Sales Advisors that share this vision with us and want to grow with our business.
Basic Wage: £20-28,0000 dependent on your experience.
OTE: £40,000 with our bonus scheme.
The Role:
- Handling clients enquiries via telephone
- Shopping the risk with the relevant insurers
- Selling the policy
- Remain compliant with FCA regulations and undertake training

Good Repute
- As the Company is regulated by the FCA, we are bound by FCA rules and guidelines. These guidelines require that we ensure all the individuals in our management structure and any staff directly involved in insurance distribution activities are of good repute. In considering whether any such person is of good repute we are required to ensure that you have a clean criminal record in relation to serious criminal offences linked to crimes against property or other crimes related to financial activities and whether you have previously been declared bankrupt. We must give particular consideration to offences of dishonesty, fraud, financial crime or other offences under legislation relating to banking and financial services, companies, insurance and consumer protection.
- If successful in your application with the company, and on commencement of employment, you will be required to complete a Basic DBS security and adverse financial checks - your continued employment is subject to you agreeing to us arranging these checks and to the results of any such check being satisfactory to us.
