Role
We are currently looking for a Driver to join our Concierge team at Rosewood London. Our Drivers are appointed to create a strong sense of arrival for hotel guests and visitors. Within a 14-day period you will work 7 shifts, each lasting 12 hours.
Key expectations of this role are:
Be the first point of contact at airport locations and other locations as required.-
Maintain your vehicle to an exceptional standard.

Assist the Valets in parking and receiving cars for guests.

Being an ambassador of the hotel, portraying a professional and refined image.
Profile

Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.

The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.

Being well organised, warm yet appropriately assertive when required.

Having a thorough understanding of the hotel, the surrounding area and London transportation system.

Having a a Private Carriage Office (PCO) License and a driving licence without any points or convictions is essential for this role.
