Job Description
This role can be based in any of our office locations: London, Birmingham, Manchester, York, Bristol & Glasgow.
We are an outstanding Human Resources team building the culture, capacity, capability and commitment of our people. The HRBP is a client-facing, diagnostic and solution focused role, responsible for delivering key elements of the People Plan throughout the year.
At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from our designated office for a minimum of two days per week.
Regional salary range: FTE £51,826 - £53,948
London salary range: FTE £55,989 – £58,053
This is a part-time Job Share role.
