Salary Scale: Grade A, point 3

Responsible to: Cleaning Coordinator
The Governors of King James I Academy require a cleaning operative (afternoon shift pattern) to join our dynamic and flexible cleaning department.
Afternoon Shift Pattern (Mon – Thu): 15:30 – 17:50 & (Fri): 14:40 – 16:45
JOB SUMMARY
To undertake, individually or as part of a team the cleaning of a designated area and ensure it is kept in a clean and hygienic condition. From time to time lone working may be required.

Ability to work as part of a team Experience of working in a school environment
Ability to work under pressure Experience of cleaning in a school
Ability to work using own initiative
Flexible/positive attitude to work
Good communication skills
