Signature recruitment have partnered with a well-known beauty brand in the hunt for a data coordinator, to join their buying team. The company are well known for their luxury products, and ship globally. Joining a team of 8, the data coordinator will take responsibility for ensuring the integrity of master data. They will lead and manage initiatives in master data clean up, governance and quality ensuring that SKU creation and information is always accurate.

Responsibilities
- Using the company ERP and excel to ensure global data integrity
- Define and establish the overall management strategy and approach to data clean up, maintenance and quality control
- Maintain Product database including, categorization, obsolescence, slow moving, additions, deletions, corrections, duplicate SKUs, pricing and cleaning
- Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes, and standards
- Assist with any projects to simplify order processing online and future proofing growth plans Global NPD Change Management
- Responsible for the issuing of business wide communication of SKU changes to markets globally
Requirements
- Relevant project management/administrative/coordination experience within a busy environment
- Excel skills with experience of Pivot tables, VLookUps, knowledge of PowerBI and managing databases
- Ability to work under pressure and to multiple tight deadlines in a changing and developing environment
- Strong, confident and firm communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and work with minimum supervision
The small print: This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week between the core hours of 8-5. Flexible hours may be considered.
