Zellis Group has an estate of 12 properties and 9 are managed centrally. As Property Administration Assistant you'll support the smooth running of the properties on a day-to-day basis. This will include ensuring compliance and legal documents are filed, raising of Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner, facilitating governance activity, and working closely with the Facilities Management provider and site leads to schedule and track projects and other key tasks.
Day-to-day activities include:

Management of POs.

Tracking of projects.

Management of Property MI and governance reporting.

Data manipulation and production of reports.

Management of property documentation storage.
Please note this is a part-time position.
- Demonstrable relevant experience.

Basic understanding of property requirements.
