Location: Blended home and office-based working
Base MindWise Head Office, Pinewood House, 46 Newforge Lane, Belfast, BT9 5NW
Salary Range (FTE): £29,504 - £32,235 (Grade 4).
Starting Salary: £23,603.20 (pro-rata for part-time)
Hours: 30 hours
Duration: Permanent

The HR and Training Officer will be responsible for providing customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic HR support to front-line managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements, contributing to procedural excellence relating to human resources, employee relations, compliance, staffing, training and culture. To support the delivery of the HR strategy ensuring that we provide a value-added service in order to meet organisational requirements.
What we ask for from you:
· L3 qualification in Human resources management, or equivalent
· Associate membership of the CIPD
· A minimum of 3 years’ recent experience working in a HR generalist role
· Knowledge and experience employee relations case management.
· Sound working knowledge and understanding of UK & NI employment legislation
