Responsibilities
Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
Helping patients transfer and ambulate by using proper body mechanics and safety techniques
Taking and recording vital signs accurately and promptly
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Reporting any changes in patient condition and needs to the nurse supervisor promptly
Demonstrating understanding of and adherence to infection control policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 18 years
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic computer skills, including data entry and electronic health records
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Proof of COVID vaccination required
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Must pass a background check, drug test, and have a valid driver's license
