A brilliant opportunity for an ambitious and driven EA to join a very successful international growth equity firm specialising in tech companies. The role will be supporting the CFO with all business endeavours in the New York office.
We are looking for an exceptional EA who can become the collaborative thought partner to the CFO hence the ability to multitask and adapt to an everchanging schedule will be crucial. It is essential the EA possesses meticulosity and a positive working attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Directly support CFO in an administrative capacity, own and elevate calendar to promote efficiency
- Provide touch-support to four finance and operational Partners
- Proactively arrange multiple complex calendars including meetings, conference calls/videos
- Confidently handle frequent changes and the ripple effect those have on other calendar items
- Manage external communications with professionalism and exactitude
- Communicate with internal clients in a timely, accurate, efficient and comprehensive manner
- Other general administrative duties including answering phones, printing, binding, meeting support & set-up and executive lunch ordering
- Timely completion of expense reports for those you support
- Assist with logistics for events as needed
What we are looking for:
- Experience working as an Executive Assistant for a C-suite or Senior Executive -preferably in private equity, venture capital, investment banking or consulting capacity
- Ideally degree educated
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and communication skills both in a written and verbal capacity
- Sense of urgency and ownership while exhibiting calm, flexibility
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Both autonomous and a team-player
- Exceptional use of MS Office
- Experience with Concur and Zoom would be advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
