Greydoor Publishing provide bespoke magazines for many of the worlds most iconic hotels and brands, together with luxury real estate companies. We have an incredibly talented team and are looking for a Sales Manager with the personality to help drive our growth further.

In this role, you will manage both the telesales and advertising rep teams, to ensure they are successful and as a result, we continue to reach company goals and revenue targets.
You will also have the opportunity to convert your own direct sales, through selling advertising opportunities, within the magazines.
This is an exciting and continually expanding business that will offer the right person an amazing and enjoyable role, working with a great team of people.
Hours
This is a full time position, Mon - Fri. Most of our clients are in North America and the Caribbean so it would be preferred that you are available in the evenings, at least 2 or 3 times per week.
Package
£40,000 basic plus bonuses for achieving sales targets. With bonuses, we would expect the right candidate to be earning £60,000+ a year.
Typical Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the sales team
- Organising and prepping magazines to be worked
- Scheduling the sales activities of the telesales and reps
- Problem solving with our partners, where careful and tactful mediation is required
- Managing KPI's and sales reporting to the senior leadership team
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years sales management experience, preferably in advertising
- Experience in selling over the phone and training others to do so is essential
- A real understanding of how the sales and appointment making process works and of what makes a good appointment
