Job Description
We are an expanding Commercial Cleaning company currently seeking a highly motivated salesperson to join a team with potential to grow within the business!
The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after leads and enquiries within the business and maintaining existing client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
· Lead generation
· Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service
· Calling and collecting information from "warm & hot" leads
· Call potential clients to schedule meetings and present our services
· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client needs are fulfilled
· Follow up with clients after services proceed to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services
Requirements:
· Proven sales experience, preferably in the cleaning industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Training in our CRM software will be provided
· Valid drivers license and reliable transportation ideal but not necessary
