Responsibilities and Duties
You will manage, inspire and build a team to drive the club and all its assets forward by continuously expanding and refreshing our membership, growing sales and attendance, and looking for opportunities to increase performance and enhance the community feel our members.
You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of the Club and customer service excellence. This encompasses Customer Service, Site Maintenance, Staff Training and Management, Member Retention and Satisfaction, and Financial Management.
Qualifications and Skills - Essential Requirements:
Business acumen and a good understanding of business data
Understanding and experience with Google ads and/or Facebook ads
Team leadership and management experience
Proven record of growing sales and performance
Experience in running Group exercise studio timetable
Excellence in customer satisfaction
Tech, business systems, and social media-savvy
Understand and demonstrate working to and exceeding budgets
Work to P&L
Desirable:
Work in a similar health and fitness environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30/40 per week
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
