Basic starting salary of £21,255, increasing to £22,000 after completing probation + quarterly bonus of £300
Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hampton, Peterborough
Start Dates: 3rd July 2023 & 31st July 2023
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday , 4 on 4 off shifts available 7am-7pm, 9am-9pm & 11am-11pm

- Starting salary of £21,255 per annum.
- Salary increase to £22,000 after successful completion of probationary period.

About the Customer Service Advisor role:
You will be working in one of our dedicated and experienced teams, where you will deliver exceptional customer service to all our clients.
As a successful member of our contact centre, you'll need to:
- Be a natural-born listener, ready to help each caller so you can guide them through their claim
- Show excellent attention to detail, accurately recording the details of the call
- Use your positive, can-do approach to thrive in a busy, results-driven environment
