Reporting to one of our Finance Business Partners, the Finance Analyst role is an opportunity for a recent graduate to participate in a wide range of finance projects, learn from an experienced team and assist stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate enjoys working with precision in a fast-paced environment, has a hands-on, can-do attitude, and a desire and clear goals, to build their career in accounting and finance. - Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data sets.
- Support Finance Business Partners as needed with payroll management and other activities.
- Prepare business expenses management, petty cash and business credit card analysis.
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions to maintain detailed bookkeeping records.
- Process sales invoices and management of sales ledger, sending of weekly/monthly statements to clients.
- Manage posting of purchase invoices and process vendor payment runs each month.
- Review and process reimbursements.
- Liaise with vendor suppliers for queries and ad hoc information.
- Liaise and support other parts of the business, such as sales and vendor management on a range of finance matters.
- Qualified to degree level or above, in a finance, business, accounting or mathematical subject
- High attention to detail and ownership of own work.
- Clear communicator able to work in busy and thriving team.
- Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines.
- Strong organization and priority setting skills.
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel.
- Strong numerical proficiency.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Interested in developing a career in accounting and finance.
