An opportunity to join an independent quick service beverage bar - tea and coffee business operating within the health and wellness space.
We're a wellness focused tea bar based in London, located close to South Kensington Tube Station.
We’re looking for a reliable team member with strong barista experience and an interest in health and wellness. Someone who is a team player and will adapt well to working with a small team to help build and grow our business and customer base. Someone who is willing to adapt and work in different areas of the job - from barista skills to helping with the prep of our menu as well as running the tills and adhering to opening and closing checklists. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, work well under pressure with relevant FOH experience.
Contract Type: Permanent , Full- Time available
Key responsibilities:
-Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, engaging & professional manner to encourage customer loyalty
-Recommend products and advice to customers about our products
-Working tills
-Making coffees, teas and assisting with the prep of our menu
-Ensuring machinery is kept clean and that machinery is kept clean and in good working order
-Kitchen hygiene and organisation
-Stock/Inventory checks and packaging management
-Informing manager of potential stock issues promptly
-Stocking dry products as needed and ensuring dry product displays look good
-Maintain a clean front of house environment
-Opening and closing responsibilities

Essential requirements:
-40/45+hrs weekly (Minimum of 5 shifts per week)
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Must be reliable, able to work as a team and work well with others
-Must be clean, organised and helpful with strong attention to detail
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Able to work flexible shifts with an early start
-Level 2 Food & Hygiene certificate is a bonus
-Eligible to live and work in UK
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
