As a Working Student in our Lead Management team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our lead generation and sales processes. Lead Data Management: Efficiently process incoming contact requests and leads using CRM/Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Lead Prioritization: Identify and prioritize leads with high potential for our Global Sales Team, assisting in maximizing conversion rates and revenue.Market Research: Conduct comprehensive industry and company research utilizing tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and institutional websites to uncover valuable insights.Data Enrichment: Augment and enhance data sets with all relevant information, facilitating more targeted marketing and sales efforts.Campaign Evaluation: Evaluate the success of events and campaigns, providing valuable feedback to optimize future initiatives.
Requirements
Software Proficiency: Expert in MS Office (Excel) with beneficial knowledge of Salesforce.Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively in an ambitious team environment, contributing to the collective success.Independent Precision: Demonstrates meticulous, independent work, ensuring task accuracy and quality.Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with additional languages as an advantage.Analytical Skills: Demonstrated analytical skills, quick thinking, and a strong understanding of business structures.Organizational Skills: Highly developed organizational abilities with a structured approach to tasks.
The team
The Sales Operations team is part of the sales organization of Statista. We support more than 300 employees from the Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Service departments. Our tasks include analyzing sales data, forecasting, and the constant monitoring of KPIs. Not only do we strive to support our global Sales team on a daily basis by optimizing processes, but we are also responsible for the sales tools and systems, with Salesforce as our main CRM Tool.
