What You’ll Be Doing
As Torqit’s Content Creation master, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital narrative and engaging both B2B and B2C audiences with compelling content. Here’s how you’ll drive our success:
Creative ideation - develop innovative content that elevates Torqit’s presence across social media accounts (Paid Ads & Organic), blending creativity with strategic vision to reach diverse audiences.Filming and editing - collaborate closely with our team to produce high-quality videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. From product showcases to educational content, you’ll ensure each piece aligns with Torqit’s brand identity and resonates with our community.Educational product videos - create informative and engaging videos that educate our audience about Torqit products, catering to both technical B2B clients and passionate B2C consumers.Visual appeal - enhance our brand’s visual storytelling, reinforcing Torqit’s aesthetic standards and enhancing content impact.Compelling captions - craft articulate and brand-consistent captions that complement visual content, driving engagement and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.Social engagement – engage with key accounts, respond to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely fashion.Scheduling and strategic planning - manage content calendars and scheduling to optimise visibility and engagement. Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage key marketing opportunities to maximise impact.Performance analysis - utilise analytics tools to monitor content performance, gather insights, and collaborate with the team to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Ideal Experience
Minimum 4 years in a content creation (or similar) role, with a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.Video editing proficiency in CapCut / Inshot / other video reel video editing software and a keen eye for detail in crafting engaging content.Demonstrated ability to engage and grow audiences across various social media platforms, tailoring content strategies to resonate with diverse demographic segments.Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives through integrated marketing efforts.A genuine passion for the automotive industry, particularly in the 4x4 sector, coupled with a desire to translate this enthusiasm into impactful digital storytelling.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot to streamline content management, automation and reporting.Knowledge of social (Meta, Google) advertising, optimising paid advertising campaigns and maximise ROI.Understanding of SEO principles and tools to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
