HiBob’s best-in-class product is expanding its offering to include domestic payroll processing in the United Kingdom and the United States. The Product Manager for UK Payroll will be a subject matter expert in the development and improvement of our UK Payroll offering, and will be responsible for the following: Writing requirements for new product features and enhancements, and leading the software development lifecycle through the stages of development, QA, UAT, Beta and Go Live Collaborating with partners in Engineering and Product Design throughout the software development lifecycle Contributing to and managing the product roadmap for UK Payroll Tracking success metrics of each project to determine company and client impact Partnering with Sales and Client Success teams to strategise on opportunities for new business development and client retention Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Systems (ADP, Workday, Sage, etc) Excellent time management, project management, prioritisation, and sense of ownership skills Experience working with the Agile methodology of software development Experience and passion for mathematics, and the curiosity to learn the rules and regulations of UK Payroll Experience with UK Payroll - must International Payroll experience - preferred We’re about fun, dreams, hopes and ambition, just as much as we are about precision, growth, and top performance.
