Due to growth they are looking to recruit a finance assistant to support the existing finance manager, day to day you will be the face of finance supporting across purchase ledger, sales ledger, managing cash book, credit cards and VAT.
Ideally the role will be around 25 hours a week.

Experience Reconciliation of purchase ledgers and reconciliations of all bank accountsKeep the cash book updated and provide regular cash position updatesReconciliation of monthly credit card statements and prepaid debit card expenditureLiaising with internal teams regarding customer financial enquiriesPreparation of VAT returns for review by the Management Accountant
Ideal background Experience within accounts payable or accounts receivable. Strong organisation skills and attention to detailStrong Excel skills
The role is offered part-time around 25 hours a week but can be flexible for the right person. Ideally 3 days on site but it can be flexible around days, hours, school hours.
