Media Assistant @ CHANEL UK
Location: London HQ
Reports to: Head of Media
Contract: July 2024 to July 2025 (FTC & Full-time)
Your role @ CHANEL
You will support the Media Department administratively as well assist in preparation and implementation of the UK’s media campaigns.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
Assist in the general administrative management and smooth running of the media department to deliver our goals through key tasks such as; coordinating diaries, managing travel arrangements, owning gifting and mailings, and leading external contact liaison Supporting the department with the design and creation of presentation templates, sourcing of relevant data, content and assets; managing the distribution to key contacts where required Upholding brand image and reputation through the seamless organization of events and meetings with external parties, ensuring all relevant preparation is undertaken and agendas and details are shared where needed Support the Media Executives with weekly media workstreams such as; tracking of industry trends and competitor activity, sharing live campaign updates, analysing performance data and inputting production requests
