Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative studio and marketing manager to help organise organise and support our growing business.
This is a part-time and flexible role. It would fit someone who is currently studying, or perhaps in another part-time role and looking to move into the fitness or marketing world.
This is not the job for someone who needs to be micromanaged. This is perfect for someone who is able to take ownership within a role and recognise the things that need to be done in order to support the business without always being told. You will report to the studio owners. Responsibilities will include:
Studio managerLiaising with building management about facilities issues.Ensuring that the studio remains clean, organised, and that equipment is safe and maintained. Liaising with the studio owners if there are any issues with this. Updating the timetable as necessary.Updating covers or permanent roles within the class timetable. Making sure that all classes are covered and emailing these confirmations between instructors and owners.Responding to emails from clients and responding as quickly as possible. Forwarding complaints or feedback to studio owners. Manually, booking clients onto classes or coordinating personal training to make sure there are no conflicts.Any other ad hoc jobs related to the studio and its functioning.
MarketingKeeping the website updated, including SEO and Google rankings.Using Canva to create any new direct marketing, including flyers or content on social media.Selling and filling programs. Making sure both programs and classes are booked.Organising photo shoots or filming. Assisting with social gatherings or community events.
OtherGeneral organisation and support for the studio managers.
