Sales Negotiator - Residential
£21k - £28k + commission

Do you have previous experience working in a Sales Negotiator role? Are you looking for the next step in your career to develop your skills within an established residential team?
We are currently working with a very well-established London Estate Agents who are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with key clients, buyers and sellers Provide all relevant information for property viewers and relay the information to buyers Contact and register applicants through the CRM system and ensure any queries are answered promptly Ensure that the CRM is kept up to date with all information, ensuring that it is added correctly and accurately Have Real Estate market knowledge to best advise clients on current market rates and conditions Negotiate the best possible outcomes for both parties to ensure a smooth and positive transaction
Key Skills
Must have previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator within a residential setting Excellent customer service skills and communication skills Strong attention towards detail Professional and well-presented individual, with a proactive working approach The ability to solve problems efficiently and use initiative when it comes to decision making Dynamic and vibrant personality, with a willingness to learn and develop within their career
