Role: Retail Sales Assistant Location: High Street Kensington, London Hours: 30 Hours per week, MUST HAVE weekend availability Salary : £12 per hour PLUS monthly store bonus Applicants must be 18+ due to the nature of the product Who Are We? Agile Retail has over 20 years of staffing experience who have partnered with our client, a Global Tobacco Brand to support their journey of creating a smoke-free future for the UK with their heated tobacco product. This revolutionary new product that heats tobacco instead of burning it, offering several benefits over traditional tobacco products. You will be employed and managed by Agile Retail on behalf of the client. What the Retail Sales Assistant will be doing?
Educating Adult Smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco. Convert traditional tobacco users to begin their journey with heated tobacco through in-store demonstrations and taste trials. Maintaining store standards and cleanliness. Working alongside the Store Lead to drive sales performance and customer experience. Support opening/closing of the store and daily operational duties including, but not limited to, stock management, store reporting and cash handling.
