This is an exciting opportunity to join our Equity Finance (EQF) business in London within our Commodities and Global Markets division. This successful and highly supportive team, help drive business growth and increase profitability. The team focus on Securities Based Lending coverage for our Equity Finance team covering internal shorts, high frequency demand and servicing our various counterparties.

What role will you play?
You will be supporting the stock loan business and efficiently managing the desks operations. You will be identifying issues, project manage and deliver both tactical and strategic solutions
It is envisaged that your role will also involve assisting with some in house specials situations within Macquarie (e.g. hedge fund distribution, synthetics short coverage, corporate action) as well as trading directly with the street.
What you offer
Minimum 2 years experience within investment banking Technology skills in Python, Visual Basic for Applications Visual Basic (VBA)/Excel Ability to hustle for trades and self driven A background in Security based Lending Trading, capital market operations or collateral management Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate/build relationships High attention to detail.
