ABOUT YOUWe are looking for someone who is positive, resilient, motivated and hard-working. The right candidate for us will be inquisitive to find the right leads, have a strong desire to succeed and have fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written.This role would suit someone who has experience in B2B Phone-based sales and would like to develop into a well established Business Development Manager. We provide an In-depth induction programme, as well as ongoing personal & professional development in a supportive environment.We want a strong salesperson, with solid computer skills and an eye for detail. With a background in sales/telesales, the right candidate will understand the importance of picking up the phone, generating interest and closing the interaction; and will be able to replicate this consistently throughout the day.If you have a passion for sales and meet the above, then this could be the right step for you.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, making calls and booking meetings on behalf of our clients. The role is office based, within a high achieving team with a really fun atmosphere. The role is predominantly phone based, with some emailing as a support.There is a full onboarding and induction process with all training provided. The role is targeted on a monthly basis, with regular support meetings and reviews. There is a probationary period of 6 months.
