Position: Cleaner
Location: New Garden Quarter
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (1 weekend per 4 weeks and will get following Monday & Tuesday off in lieu)
Salary: £20,820
Contract: Permanent

Development Details
This role is based in Stratford consisting of 470+ residential homes. The development is next door to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It benefits from a 24-hour concierge, nursery, resident’s gymnasium, and beautiful gardens. It is an 8 minute walk to Stratford station and a 5 minute walk to Maryland station.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
As a Cleaner at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
you’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team. you’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. you’ll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development. You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns. your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
