Overview: The Finance and Onboarding Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new customers. Alongside managing, processing and invoicing customer orders/contracts efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Process· Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new customers onto our systems· Maintain user activation & management, including any customer change requests· Facilitate a customer or product termination from our systems
2. Order Entry· Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner· Maintain accurate records of orders, including customer details and product information
3. Renewal Management· Issue upcoming monthly reminder notifications to our customers· Quote creation, following customer request
4. Monthly and Annual recurring invoicing· Invoice all monthly and annual customers, as per contract milestones· Maintain all monthly and annual recurring templates, includes non-contracted, pre-payment invoicing and requests for new open purchases for continuation of invoicing· Uploading of invoices to our customer Supplier Portals [Ariba and Vonage]
5. General ad-hoc administration duties for role/team· Maintain processes and identify areas for improvement in the role· Collaborate with Finance Team and other areas of the business, such as Sales, Operations and Engineering· Building and maintaining positive relationships with external contacts
