Our client is seeking a highly skilled Legal Cashier and Office Administrator to manage financial operations and provide administrative support for their Manchester City Centre office on a fixed-term basis (9-12 months).
The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and experienced in similar roles, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing Client and Office bank accounts, overseeing online approval processes, processing client ledger disbursement invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. The role also involves providing ad-hoc cover for receptionist and administrative duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
