About The Role & Company
Our client, is a large Australian company based in Sydney CBD who are looking for a credit officer to join their team on a 3 month contract. The role is best suited towards someone who has had previous experience within the credit/AR space and is able to hit the ground running. The Responsibilities
Reporting directly into the National Credit Manager. Some of the tasks may include:
Collecting outstanding debtAccurately maintaining customer account informationCompleting customer account reconciliationsAllocating and receipting paymentsInvestigation of un-reconciled payments Dealing with customer queries, investigations, and dispute resolutionAnalysing the ledger to identify collection priorities and identify any collection issues before end of month. Ad hoc project tasks and process improvement
The successful applicant
Will have at least 12 month experience in an AR/Credit role Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSAP knowledge is an advantage but not essential Ability to work collaborate Highly organized
