We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
- Maintain an up-to-date contact list of customers, vendors, and staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00-£20.00 per hour
