Responsible to: - Head of Programme Delivery

Accountable to: - Managing Director

Responsible for: - Manage the successful delivery of Prism Improvement programmes

Other: - Full-time. There will also be a requirement for travel to client locations, which will be programme dependent

Prism Improvement’s delivery teams are a mixture of operational specialists, improvement specialists and programme management expertise, and we tailor the expertise in our teams to the requirements of the programme.

Prism is looking to build their corporate workforce, and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly developing business and work with our delivery teams, our NHS clients, and the Prism programme delivery team to support the delivery of our programmes.

Role Summary

As a Programme Manager for Prism Improvement, you will be expected to take responsibility for the management and tracking of the delivery of our programmes, working alongside our Subject Matter Experts and Improvement specialists as a core member of our delivery team.

You will be responsible for supporting both the Prism and client teams to deliver against agreed timelines and activities, which will include setting out the approach to programme management with delivery teams as well as ensuring there is an appropriate governance structure set up to enable the tracking and reporting of progress against plans. You will also lead on ensuring that all client deliverables are produced on time, are of a high quality and meet the requirements of the client.

As well as working with the delivery team, you will work closely with the Head of Programme Delivery to inform the oversight of each programme which will include coordinating regular team checkpoints and producing information to demonstrate progress against KPIs and deliverables.

There will also be opportunity to work with the Prism corporate team to further develop the Prism delivery model.
