Facilities Project Manager
Excellent opportunity to work directly for a client, managing minor projects and office moves to an extensive Property portfolio.
Location: London (4 days on-site, 1 days working from home)
Days based: Monday to Friday
Salary: £50,000 basic + £3000 London London weighting
Role:
The Resolute Group has been retained to secure a Facilities Project Manager to oversee minor projects and office moves. Looking after a 2000+ Employee business across 3 major sites with satellite offices there is a lot of planning and projects that are on-going. From upgrading, decorating, office moves, and office fit-outs it all requires a client-focused leader to manage the programme and contractors on site.
You need to come from an FM background, understanding how to both manage a project but also keep the day-to-day office running with their requirements being met. Working closely with the office managers and head of FM you will be focused on managing the stakeholder engagement between the sub-contractors and the internal contacts, giving progress reports and tackling any issues that may arise.
You can come from a variety of industries and backgrounds as long as you have experienced facilities project management. Sectors such as NHS, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, MOD, Rail, Control Rooms etc.. Sectors where Health and Safety is key as the building are often used on a 24/7 basis.
Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification – Ideally a professional qualification such as a ONC / HNC / HND or Degree or Facilities Management focused qualification.
- Project experience – You need to have worked in the FM sector.
- NEBOSH would be ideal as you will need an excellent level of knowledge regarding health and safety.
- Full Driving Licence
