Elizabeth Xi Bauer is seeking salespeople who are highly motivated. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting our inbound enquiries to hit new business targets. This is a high-pressure environment, but we offer high wages and commissions with generous bonuses.
We are actively seeking individuals in the age range of 18-21 years old to join our team, embracing diversity and offering opportunities for young professionals to thrive in our dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting inbound enquiries and existing client database to close sales
- Hitting settlement targets and new business targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Staying up to date with industry trends and changes
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attending & liaising with attendees at company events & exhibitions
Salary - OTE
Requirements:
- Proven track record of closing deals in the alternative investment markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Flexibility to work Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 18:30 and Friday from 10:00 to 14:30
