Job Description
We are offering a full time (36 hours per week) permanent position to help with the running of our electrical contracting company.
The Key role for this position is Diary planning for our electricians, who are based in various locations of Norfolk, Suffolk & Peterborough.
You will be required to liaise with our customers and our electricians to efficiently plan our very busy weekly work load. You will need to be able to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a can do positive approach at all times.
Excellent communication skills & telephone manor are essential.
You will also be required to carry out weekly invoicing, purchase invoices, sending customer quotes.
A full UK drivers licence is also a must.
The current position is office based at Scottow Enterprise Park, Badersfield near Coltishall.
You will be required to work 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, & 8.00am - 12.00pm on Friday. Although some degree of flexibility is required.

Rate of pay. Starting from £11.00 per hour.
20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays per annum, rising with long service. (maximum of 25 days + BH)
