Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and other financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience with accounting software. We are looking for someone who is reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts and maintain records of financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain ledgers and general ledger accounts.
- Manage bank reconciliations.
- Process payrolls and prepare payroll reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £23,635.00-£24,761.00 per year
